Whether it’s business meetings, city sightseeing, or a special event, we ensure a smooth and stylish ride—on your schedule, at your pace.


Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 16, 2025 Company Name: Veloce Limo Pte Ltd By booking a service with Veloce Limo, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Booking & Payment All bookings must be made in advance via our website or direct communication. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are in SGD and include all applicable taxes unless specified. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Free cancellation for cancellations made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled pickup. 50% refund for cancellations made within 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled service. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days. 3. Waiting Time & Additional Charges Airport Pickups: Includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight arrival time. After 60 minutes, a waiting charge of SGD 15 per 15 minutes will apply. Other Pickups (Hotels, Residences, Offices, etc.): Includes 15 minutes of free waiting time. After 15 minutes, a waiting charge of SGD 15 per 15 minutes will apply. If a passenger fails to show up within 15 minutes (non-airport) or 60 minutes (airport), the booking will be considered a no-show with no refund. 4. Luggage Policy There is no luggage limit, but customers must inform Veloce Limo in advance to ensure the correct vehicle type is assigned. Oversized or excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle, subject to additional charges. 5. Changes & Amendments Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications. 6. Passenger Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the designated location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Conduct: Veloce Limo reserves the right to refuse service to passengers engaging in disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior. 7. Service Limitations Veloce Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In rare cases of vehicle unavailability, we reserve the right to provide a suitable alternative or a full refund. 8. Liability & Insurance Veloce Limo is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings during the service. Passengers are advised to carry travel insurance to cover personal belongings and trip interruptions.
